"I want to help physicians gain more control over their day to day practice and lives. We need to find ways to help improve our ability to impact our patients' care, and our own experience in medicine. At the end of the day, we must be a part of the solutions for the issues that exist today, if we want to have a voice in what the future of healthcare looks like."

I was born in Boston and moved to Houston in 1989 and proudly call it my home. From an early age I loved science and knew I wanted to pursue medicine. I realized I was drawn to helping children because I loved their innocence and ability to believe in miracles. I went to UTMB for medical school and did my residency at Scott and White to be a pediatrician.
In my spare time I love watching movies, painting and spending time with my family. I am a proud mother of one boy and one girl and love watching them grow.
